How to make your Mango implmentation a success.
Here are just a few things to get you started on your implmentation process for Mango.
1. Direct Debit Monthly Payments
We have sent you an email with all the detaisl you provided at sign up. Attached to this email is the direct debit form and a direct debit FAQ. Give that information to your finance team to complete and return the direct debit form to us within the 1st week, that means we ahve time to work with your bank to get things set up.
2. Your Implementation Team
Start thinking about who will be on your implmentation team. Your team should include sibject matter experts for the various modules. They can pop in and out of the various training sessions as they need to. Importantly this team are the team who will do yoru internal training of the system so choose wisely!
We do however recomend that you have 2 people who attend all sessiosn to ensure they have an overview of the entire system.
We know the very best implmentations work when it's a team approach and when you pick team members that are used to using systems and mobile apps, that way when they train others they will feel comfortable.
3. Implementation Plan & order
Start thinking about the order you would like to implement Mango in. Within your quotation document we have listed a typical implementation order, this can be adjusted based on your business needs but we do highlight recomend you start with Human Resources and move forward from there.
Have a think about the frequency you will want to run the training program in, typically companies do 2 hour sessions every 2 weeks. It doesn't sound a lot but you will be takign away homework and training others between session. Again we can adjust this based on your needs.
4. Project Kick off Meeting
One of the Many Caps team will be in touch with you shortly to arrange a kick off meeting where they will walk through the implmentation plan with you and get you started with arranging some data for yoru system.
5. Watch for our emails!
Finally keep an eye out for our implmentation emails that will help you get things going and have a great implmentation (if you don't see anything after a few days it may pay to check your spam box as we promise we sent them!)
